As your exclusive representative, we source properties to your specifications and location requirements — worldwide, and across every category of prime real-estate.
It begins with a conversation, in person or by phone. From there, we discuss our representation role and build your property brief together, defining all parameters, desires, and special requirements.
We work with your advisors — lawyers, bankers, and wealth managers — as and when required or requested by you.
Our work is financed through a share of the selling agent's commission, which means there are no direct costs to you. Where a property is sourced privately or off-market, and no such commission exists, we agree a clear, separate arrangement with you in advance. We fully disclose our relationships both to you and to all Sellers. All non-Swiss travel must be agreed by the Buyers, and costs reimbursed.
Our compensation is solely tied to results.
We take on a limited number of mandates, so that each receives our full attention. Our minimum property guide price is CHF 5’000’000.
We only visit properties that align with your detailed requirements, and we make these visits to verify the claims made in the brochures and materials available. Should a property meet your brief, we shortlist it for your consideration. Partially aligned opportunities can be reviewed with you before we invest time in a verification visit.
Each country has its own limitations and hurdles for foreign buyers. We help you navigate these rules and guidelines before commencing any search.
Mortgage loan-to-value ratios often depend on residence status, your existing banking relationships, and the ownership structure required. We can help you navigate the local limitations and complexities.
Additional services can be contracted with us. These fall outside our standard search mandate and are charged separately.
Confidentiality is paramount. All your details are stored on encrypted drives, fully air-gapped from the internet. Data is backed up manually to a physical drive held in a bank safe. Your identity is disclosed only with your express permission.
